Workplace Information

Avant provides workers compensation insurance coverage for all employees.   It is imperative that employees report work place injuries to their supervisor or to Human Resources immediately upon injury but not later than 24 hours after the occurrence.  Avant has a toll-free number that provided assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
