Building Your Core Staff:
Another major benefit of this program is the ability to build your permanent core staff upon completion of the contract assignment. Avant currently has a 90% + conversion rate for our staff transitioning to the client facility. Furthermore, we are the only company that brings the therapists in for a two to three week clinical and cultural orientation to our Orlando classroom/skills lab before they start work at your facility(s). This prepares the healthcare professional to transition more smoothly to the facility.
