Workplace Injuries and ComplaintsAvant provides workers compensation insurance coverage for all employees. It is imperative that employees report work place injuries to their supervisor or to Human Resources immediately upon injury but not later than 24 hours after the occurrence. Avant has a toll-free number that provided assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All complaints should be directed to your supervisor or to Human Resources. Avant does have a Corporate Compliance Program for confidential complaints. Please see the employee handbook or ask Human Resources for the toll-free number and details about the Corporate Complain Program. Complaints can be made confidentially through this number.
